7. Incorrect Address

It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, GLOBALINA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
