Return & Refund Policy

At GLOBALINA, we aim to provide a clear and fair return process for all our customers.

1. Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us first at contact@globalina.shop.

After your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address closest to your location, when applicable.

Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@globalina.shop.

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items or clearance items

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or variant, please request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must still be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

9. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it carefully to confirm that it meets our return conditions.

Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received and approved following inspection.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If your return does not meet the required conditions, the refund may be refused.
